Speaking of patterns,  if you have visited my etsy shops you may have noticed the different looks overtime of a doll. Yarn has a role to play in these altered looks. I change yarn brands and fibers often which produce a variety of results. For example, with Daniel tiger dolls I almost always double the yarn strand. Additionally,  I may switch from  double-knitting yarn to sport weight. I also play with hook sizes. Another factor is stuffing methods. If you have questions on yarn types or want more posts like this, please let me know.
